hyperMILL MAXX Machining: High-Precision Mold insert | UNIONTool | GF

This video shows the machining of an automotive headlight mold made on a GF Mikron HSM 400U using cutters by Union Tool. The surface quality is excellent thanks to the High Precision Surface Mode in hyperMILL. Barrel cutters with all their advantages have also been used on this part to ensure large stepdown, a fast machining time as well as superb surface finishes.

You want feed and speed parameters? Just look up the tools and use the manufacturing specs for feedrate and spindle speed.
