Pagdating ng Panahon means 'when time comes'. The song was pleading , saying and hoping that one day, you will end up together.
Fun fact: When the song "Pagdating ng Panahon" became a big hit in PH (a song that wishing a love back when the time comes), Aiza released a song "Akala Mo" (You thought), it's a song that seems an answer to "Pagdating ng Panahon"☺️ The lyrics of songs tells like this:

I was at her concert. Her voice is really soothing. You can imagine lying on a hammock underneath the palm trees. She sang songs which were heart piercing especially that I can understand tagalog too. Lyrics + delivery = heaven
PAGDATINH NG PANAHON was a big hit in the early part of Year 2000. It was composed by a prolific song writers Moy Ortiz (founding member of the group THE COMPANY) and Edith Gallardo. This song was number 1 in all radio stations for the longest times. Aiza was a child star who was discovered in a Tv show little Miss Philippines and she rose to fame with her all movies when she was very young. So Aiza is considerably in the showbiz industry for almost all of her life.

Fun fact: Aiza took music, major in guitar in University of Sto. Tomas. But shifted to fine arts after realizing it would take 8 years to finish the guitar course. I encouraging you to explore more of her performances, i will surely guarantee you'll enjoy it. I become a fan when i heard her sing " power of two" in our common friend's 18th birthday and then pagdating ng panahon became my favorite.

Aiza started as a child actor but on the lowest level of her career she blooms into a phenomenal singer. Never thought she has an angelic voice like that until this song runs into fm stations. Quite surprise she sang it actually.

The title of the song means When the time comes. Songs main meaning is that even if you don't notice me now, that there would be a time that you'll notice me maybe not now but maybe sometime you will and if that time comes she'll be here waiting for that chance to gave you the chance to let her feel her end less love for you.
