I think A7V will release 2025. I think global shutter will be on top line cameras. And stack sensor will be for mid range I only hope it will be stack sensor with the same 33 MP with ai autofocus chip.
SONY A7V should give us movie style Shutter-Angle as well as the usual photographer friendly Shutter-Speed selection - At least a stacked sensor, with fast readout, if they cannot give us the global shutter. An amazing blazingly fast auto-focus (A7IV did not disappoint in this area), fantastic image quality, and more choice of movie recording file format options in camera, not just the few we got with the A7IV, 18 stops of dynamic range. Internal ND filters, internal CPL etc CDNG RAW recording to USB-C SSD, and other amazing movie features, along with the usual improvements on the great photographic features that they gave us with the A7IV.
Absolutely, your points are spot-on! It would be fantastic if the Sony A7V could provide a Shutter-Angle option for movie-style shooting, in addition to the traditional photographer-friendly Shutter-Speed selection. We're hoping for a stacked sensor with fast readout, or even a global shutter if possible. Regarding autofocus, the A7IV delivered excellent performance in this area, and we expect even more impressive autofocus capabilities from the A7V. In terms of image quality, offering more movie recording file format options and achieving 18 stops of dynamic range would be outstanding features. Internal ND filters, CPL options, and support for CDNG RAW recording to USB-C SSD would also be incredibly exciting additions for filmmakers. Of course, alongside these cinematic features, we're also looking forward to seeing improvements on the already great photographic capabilities that the A7IV offered. It would be a significant advancement for users in both the cinema and photography realms if Sony includes these features in the new A7V model. What features do you think Sony should include in the A7V? Feel free to share your thoughts!
@@photomyca Yes I would love all these features in the A7V, considering a lot of these features are already available in other cameras like SIGMA fp (CDNGRAW recoding to USB-C SSD), Shutter-Angle (LUMIX cameras), stacked-sensor (FUJI XH2s), internal NDs (Blackmagic cameras), the many recording formats (LUMIX G series, GH series, and the S series of cameras) etc etc The SONY A7IV is an awesome camera, the A7V is to even better - and I would definitely buy it when the camera is released.
We feature many different camera models on the channel. Many camera models, especially Sony A9 III and Nikon Zf, were introduced and fully met the user's expectations. And those who already want to buy a camera or photography enthusiasts have made sensible investments by taking advantage of the videos we have made. If you wish, you can browse all these videos on the channel. Thank you for your comment 😊
Well put together video examining the possibilities. And right now that's what we are looking at - possibilities. I'm noticing the A7RV on sale again at Amazon, 10 percent off. Last year that happened in the spring and the late fall and this time the unexpected price drop right now. And I'm looking at maybe pulling the trigger on that after looking at the A74 and the A7RV as my top choices. The idea of a A75 possibly coming soon puts me on guard. The usual 'do I grab one now and risk the regret of seeing something superior in a few months or wait' decisions to be thought upon. I initially got the A73 a few years ago and love it and now I understand what the specifications of the other models really means to me. These kind of videos certainly do help. Thanks much.
What am I expecting there? 60fps at 4K and full matrix. This is what I need. And in the form of a banana there will be 6K on it. It will probably be released in February-March 2025.
My prediction is not 2024. And most likely not 2025. My feeling says June 2026. Comparing the a 73 is not really logical. Sony has the A1 A7s3 Still to update Then the cinema cameras Sony just has so many cameras on their plate, but they can’t have the same turnaround as they did before. With sensors so if Nickon and sell well Sony makes money With a new Nikon Z63. Sony has to offer quite a bit more than they have now. I have a feeling they just don’t have anything at the moment to supersede the Z63 so they’re holding off it’s not enough for them to have a marginally updated camera They need to do something beyond what 63 has And then they’re obviously focusing on the A1 so they’re busy so my God filling is spring 2026
Thanks for watching! 😊

Yes and with atleast 20fps shutter
Yes, it is fully expected to be in this direction. However, a very large group argues that we should see the global shutter in mid-segment cameras.

4K/60 no crop please. I mean the Canon R6 is probably the Canon equivalent to the A7IV and that camera does 4K/60 with no crop.
What's the point of this video?🤐🤨 Just speculations. Or rather, a bait to get people drooling in here.😐

Same situation here. Own a A7III since 3 years. 3k for a A7RV or wait a bit longer. Idk
Sony introduces the a7rv before the a7v? 40MP would be a nice high resolution/low light combination.

Nice video! Thanks for sharing informations.
Thanks for watching!
how is it different from Sony A7RV?
for $2500 camera, it better be 4k 60 with 50mp at least

“All details we know”. So nothing 😂
ugh...AI voice is terrible. get a person to read the copy ffs...
AI voiceovers need to stop.
Nothing from video improvements to be worth with rolling shutter expected with 40 mp.
