- In this Dhokla Recipe I have shown the process of How to Make Soft and Spongy Dhokla. This is a Besan Dhokla and is also known as Khaman Dhokla. In this recipe I have shown step by step process of making Dhokla at home.
Ye wali dhokla banane ki recipe bahut hi aasan hai aur es video me maine Dhokla recipe step by step bataya hai.
Ingredients:
Gram flour(besan)-150 gm(2 cup)
Ginger and green chilli paste-2 tsp
Semolina (sooji)-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Sugar-1.5 tbsp
Fruit Salt (Eno-unflavoured)-1 tsp
Lemon juice-2 tbsp
Cooking oil-1 tsp
Water(lukewarm)-1/2 glass(150 ml)
For Tadka or Tempering:
Green chilli(split)-3
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Asafoetida(hing)-2 pinch
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste-1/3 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil-2 tbsp

this is my true opinion ..bcz I was tried this recipe 2 times and my dhokla became very tasty as well as spongy ...so I highly recommend this dhokla recipe...go for it..😊

Maine dhokla banana aapse hi sheeka he... I have made it four times successfully, my mom n dad all knows this but now I came to my mom's house for marriage.... So we all got together, so here village as it's south no one knows about dhokla... For 18 members I made it... Everyone asked what is this.... So to make them understand I said it's gram flours spicy cake... It was so yummy that everyone liked it.. started licking their fingers & again I made it today also. Thank you mam...
