It's been one year since I got this exact 2015 model and it has been the best thing i've ever purchased. I never thought I would love a car as much as I do mine.
Amazing car!!! I just bought a 2013 Accord. Sadly I only bought the LX, but still a good amount of standard features! Kyle, your reviews are the best!! Thanks for all the videos! Keep em coming while you can! Always a pleasure.
I saw that car today at the LA Auto Show, and I really wanted to see the Acura TSX, ILX, and TL but then I saw the 2013 Accord and I thought it was even better, it has so much to offer, I want to buy one in a couple years after I finish school. It's by far Honda's best Accord yet.
it's soooo sexy! I'm 17 and i'm saving up for this beautiful car! Got 4k so far! UPDATE: I didnt get the car, i cant believe it took me 5 years to update this comment lmaoo. Thanks everybody for the positive comments, i actually dont need a car right now. If i do get one, the v8 Mustang looks nice
If you're shooting for the Touring you got about $29K left. Base model then you still need about $18K or $19K left. Good luck and I hope it serves you well once you get it!
seven years later, this car aged so well. Even the inline 4 is an amazing car although if it was my choice, I would get the v6. but the 4 doesn't really have any power issues.
Your videos are the greatest just by looking at the description, the amount of work you do reviewing it with every detail, showing the car from different perspectives you put a alot of work on your videos.
I've watched countless video reviews of the 2013 Accord through Professional outlets (Car and Driver, CNET, Edmunds etc) and without exaggerating I would have to say this is far and way the best video review of the 2013 Accord!! Amazing job!!! On another note, the 13 Accord is a 10 compared to the prior Accords dating back these past 12 years. Finally, Honda has gotten back in the game!
Beautiful car! Interior is much M-Benz like which is awesome. The exterior is fresh and elegant, rather than futuristic or round like hyundais. Love it. To those who complain about the horn, the beep beep thing is from the higher end segment
I definitely appreciate the (recent?) addition of your impressions interspersed throughout the overview...this may be a new trend in your videos (I haven't seen the last few) but this one strikes a great balance between raw data, context/history, and personal take on the vehicle....very well done!
This car is absolutely amazing. It's a huge improvement over the last model which frankly looked horrendous. This one looks sporty and elegant at the same time. Test drove this thing about a week after it came out (both CVT) and the 6spd auto. I can't get used to CVT, I hate CVts they make the car feel so dead. The 4 cylinder would be amazing as well if it wasn't for the CVT. The sport model is a great value and I would definitely buy it if it had a 6 SPD
my future car has changed, it was the all-new Pilot for the past 3-4 years, but after i saw this, I am in love all over again. Its amazing how fast cars change, I own a 2000 Accord coupe ex-l 3.0 v6, and compared to this, this car is truly fully loaded. Another outstanding product from Honda
I just wanted to tell you that you have a really big fan here in Sweden (maybe your biggest). My nephew, Jonathan, is soon 9 years old and have been watching your videos for over a year now. Everything you say is like law "Saabkyle said that, Saabkyle said this" is all we hear when he is talking about cars (witch is almost all the time). Now he is learning English just to understand better what you are saying in your videos. He would be so proud if you answered this comment or said hi in a video
I know I'm replying to an old comment but for any prospective buyers of used units (like myself), U.S. EX and Sport sedans with the 2.4 were available with a 6 speed, while all 2.4 sedans in Canada had that option. In Canada, the Touring sedan was also available with the 2.4 (compared to V6 only stateside) which meant it was also available in manual. The V6/manual combo was coupe only. I'm going to spring for a Touring sedan with the 2.4 and manual myself but I need the money first :)
With this Honda Accord Touring, there is no need to purchase an Acura TLX because basically this Accord Touring offers a lot of Acura's amenities, and this Honda Accord will save thousands from a fully loaded Acura TLX. With that said, this is what would be parked in my driveway instead of an Acura.
Don't mind, Kyle, just do your thing, please...There is ALWAYS things to do better, it is normal, nobody knows everything in something's thing....Great video, keep up the GREAT work and upgrade your reviews, like always....
I used to work at car dealerships. If you've ever bought a new car you'd understand that most new cars come optioned with many accessories, sometimes even dealer mark-up. Options like an Aero Kit or rims not from factory are often sold with cars in this price range. Sometimes the distributor adds unwanted options like pin stripping increasing the price too. Usually the only cars that sell for near base price are cars that come extremely well equipped or entry level loss leaders.
toyoscio I drove a 2007 Altima for 4 years & had to have the CVT replaced two years ago with only 54k miles. I just sold it a few weeks ago & bought a 2015 Camry with the 6-speed auto. Much better car overall & no more CVT. GOOD RIDDANCE!
bokkey45 That's the truth. I think cars need to come loaded with the best technology they have. The scam of trim levels and options needs to be ended immediately.
great tour of this car i just traded my 2007 honda accord for this new 2013 great car they gave 12,000 at the dealership only had 15k in it i dont used it much because my job is across the street but so far the 2013 honda accord V6 is great i been speeding a lot lately everything is different from all models handling, hp, wheels great car for 35K worth it :) nice review kyle
nickelwindow53 If I were to buy one, id want one that someone didn't mess around with too much (Kyle is always super careful, but my uncle once bought a car that the dealership employees took on a hundred mile joyride while he was waiting to pick it up)
I have been a Honda guy since I can remember, but recently I've been considering switching to the Camry. Though with these upgrades to the Accord it looks like I'm never leaving!
This car is amazing value for the money. Who needs Acura anymore? This car is great in so many ways that it could have easily been badged as an Acura. I give Honda a nod of approval, and Acura, a reminder that that the new Accord is a sign that they need to step up their game!
Hey, the only thing I think is missing in your videos: you should talk about the space for a center passenger in the rear seat, how much does the transmission tunnel interfere... That's the only thing, otherways excellent videos, keep 'em up! :)
Man I would love to have a pearl white touring with the sport wheels, and a deck lid spoiler, along with a moon roof visor, and body kit. This is no doubt the best car in the mid size segment! Go see it and drive it. Will be Trading my 08 ex-l real soon for this car!
Went to the local dealership and test drove an EX-L sedan 4 CYL CVT. Very nice. Nice CVT, very much like a normal AT. Smooth and didn't detect much motorboating. The 2.4 ED engine was very refined and smooth. I felt like I didn't even need the V-6 I also drove an EX-L coupe V-6 with 6 AT. Very, very nice. Very comfortable, no power seat for the passenger for some reason in the coupe. Downsides are the funnel shaped trunk and lack of split folding rear seats. Also, the center stack is too busy.
Hi, I as s impessed by the ad I saw a couple of monthes ago I had to see one. We had to go to our Honda dealer, act like we're interested in bying, and test drive it. I realy wish we coud buy it. I absalutly love this car. When my sister wants to upgrage from her 2007 Scion TC, I will try to persuade her into buying this. The car we reviewed was identical to this one, we went around the time this was uploaded. I love this car!
love Honda's old engine start up sound (1995-2006) better than the current ones, not to mention I love the Accord's start up sound a lot better than the Civic's and Odyssey's. I also like the start up of the Tacoma and 4Runner (V6, not 4 cylinder) too, as well as the new Toyota crossovers
Good review. Very thorough. I would love to have seen something on the number and position of the speakers and whether or not it comes with a sub-woofer to round out the audio system section.
OMG thx so much for this video / i was so looking forward to seeing the new accord! I'm on the opposite of the earth, but i'm such a fan and i love your videos. I appreciate them greatly!
One of the most stylish, powerful and class than most vehicles out there, and so much value for your dollar.
It's been one year since I got this exact 2015 model and it has been the best thing i've ever purchased. I never thought I would love a car as much as I do mine.
any updates lol!? just bought a used 2013 with 60k miles. love it so far!
@@kevinahearn8764dude please respond how do you like it? Im getting a white one tomorrow so excited it already has 120,000 miles but still
I gotta say the new facelifted Accord is pretty damn nice.
Duy Than It is more than a face lift. It is all-new.
No it isn't.
@@MrTblackmon nigga what?
One of the most beautiful sedans around, no doubt about it.
Gotta say I absolutely LOVE Hondas!

Michael Lee Congrats! Now i've got 6k saved up! I'm so eager to have this car, I actually want the EX-L model since it has the features I want.
SteveProductions Get the EX-L V6 with NAVIGATION you'll love it!
seven years later, this car aged so well. Even the inline 4 is an amazing car although if it was my choice, I would get the v6. but the 4 doesn't really have any power issues.
I still think it looks great in 2024
I had this car as a dealer loaner and for the short time I had it I loved it! I will more than Likely be owning this car someday. Great review Kyle
awesome video saabkyle! Out of all the Honda dealership video reviews of the 2013 Accord yours was by far the most detailed & in-depth keep it up.
I bought a 2013 EX-L V6 w/ Nav. It's getting great MPGs. 39.1 on my 50 mile drive this morning.
Your videos are the greatest just by looking at the description, the amount of work you do reviewing it with every detail, showing the car from different perspectives you put a alot of work on your videos.
I think when I get rid of my Audi I might get a V6 accord! Very very nice cars!

💵HURACÀN💵
I got rid of my 2012 bmw 540i for a 2015 accord touring.

I want an Accord as my first car! This generation is awesome and the newer ones (2018+) is also super nice.
I've ridden in a 2013 Accord. It quite simply amazed me. I rode in it April 8, 2013 at 6:17 pm

I bought one for myself and it is absolutely brilliant.

Sorry Kyle. I apologize, but I checked an older review and then came back to the Accord review and now it is clear. Keep up the great work!
If I were to buy a new sedan, this will definitely be the one. The design looks so balanced and sharp. I don't think it's bland at all.

+Kool Acclaimed™ and now with the new 2016 Accord, there is absouloutley no need for a TLX same story for the MDX and pilot
Yes, but you can still get AWD with the Acura ..... hope Honda will introduce AWD to the Accord in 2018. It would completely beat out the Legacy then.
I would get a Mercedes Benz or BMW or used Bentley
I'm getting a 2013 Accord V6 Touring this weekend hopefully! Only with 70k miles, not bad IMO. Can't wait!
Can you do a review of the 2016 Honda Accord sedan?

CloroxBleach and wimpy :(

It's hard to explain... it sounds weak... I like more muscular sounding horns.... if you know what I mean

Accord, Mazda6, and Camry. Only cars in this segment to seriously consider
Altima
Monkey D. Luffy ROFL,not with the CVT

still have your camry? How is it fairing for you?
What about the Mazda? Are they any good
Really nice, thorough review! In fact, I'm heading to the local Honda dealership today to test drive one. They have a black V-6 6-MT EX-L coupe.
If only they were AWD.
To waste more gas?
Not a concern to me...
That’s why there’s the Crosstour. Or was, until it got discontinued in 2015.
Bern on Cars that’s why Acura’s there 😉
Btw in the near future they will make the Civic and Accord AWD. And in 2020 they’ll make a CR-V Hybrid.
i just bought the 6 speed v6 model....drove over 1600 miles roundtrip to get it
it exceeded my expectations

Where is the normal Honda door chime?!!
Gone. Honda has been updating the new models with the new chime.
The only car that I know of that's still has the old chime is the 2015 Odyssey
But the pissing alarm clock is the classic sound of a Honda. #formerfanboy
saabkyle04 is the best! Thanks for giving us simple but informative car reviews, unlike that subaruwrxfan guy.
I'm sick and tired of trim levels.
Im with you man. I wish car companies would allow you to add w/e the hell you want to your vehicle.
But without trim levels, they wouldn't be able to get away with charging 5,000 dollars for some extra buttons on the steering wheel! Oh the horror!
bokkey45 That's the truth. I think cars need to come loaded with the best technology they have. The scam of trim levels and options needs to be ended immediately.
