Boards of Canada - Dayvan Cowboy Piano Cover

Boards of Canada are one of my favorite electronic groups. Specializing in ambient or minimalist arrangements, the compositions that they make are entrancing and slowly draw you in with subtle instrumental embellishments. Dayvan Cowboy is imo one of their best and most moving tracks. Coming off of the album “The Campfire Headphase” in 2005, it’s one of their most well known songs and it’s easy to see why. It has such a relaxed and emotional soundscape and slowly progresses by introducing some real drums and guitar along with the electronic backbeat. This all builds to an incredible crescendo of sound. I tried to capture that with this cover, hope you guys enjoy!
