    4 th option is correct Ne and Na bcz of size increases ionisation energy decrease, among the Nobel gas Ne ,Ar ,Xe, Kr ,Ne have highest IE bcz of less size on other hand Na ,K,Rb,Cs , is electropositive metal easily electron donate i.e why less inosation less energy,i.e why Ne and Na highest difference in IE.

    Q(1) Correct option (4) Ne, Na
    Explanation -> Size increases, I.E. decreases
    Among Nobel gases Xe, Kr, Ar, Ne
    Size --> Xe> Kr> Ar> Ne
    IE1 --> Ne > Ar > Kr > Xe
    And among Cs, Rb, K, Na
    Size --> Cs >Rb> K> Na
    IE1 --> Na> K> Rb >Cs
    Since Ne and Na have highest first I.E. thus this pair ( Ne, Na) has highest difference in their first I.E.
    Thus option (4) is correct.
    Q(2) 1st I.E. of the metals :
    Correct option (2) Hg> Zn>Cd
