Lower DPI and sens is generally better but it won't make a difference if you don't practice. Rather than focusing on what setups other people use, it's much better to just find something that is comfortable for you, practice with it and adjust as necessary over time. There is also a difference between raw mechanical skill and game knowledge. That's why it's generally better to train your aim in-game rather than relying on external aim trainers, bemuse you'll develop other skills at the same time.

800 DPI is the sweet spot imo, very responsive and doesn't feel too "floaty"
400 dpi is the most common, followed by 800, dpi itself doesnt matter aslong as your overall sensitivity isnt crazy
