Did about 40 miles and 5 hours on my 600 on some rough rocky trails high grass and heavy mud and it handled it no problem so far so good. Hope long term reliability is fine
I'm sure you got a little bit of water in there it probably evaporate with the heat . Nice bikes going to get 1 this weekend. I've been watching so many of your videos to see how capablethe CFMoto are and so far I'm liking what I see...
Thanks for the videos! Main reason why I'm coming from Starkville to Main Street Cycle Friday to pick one up! 800 model in orange. I told Preston you HIGHLY recommended them! Keep up the good work bro!
That's awesome!! I love the Orange 800!! It really is a head Turner especially out in the sun!
By the way by far the best CF Moto channel on RUclips I'm a huge fan also and I'm on my second machine keep pumping them out!!!
Thanks a bunch Cody!!!!
Never had any issues on my 500 until replaced my fac belt with a cheaper brand didnt ladt 200 miles.fact went 1700 but now have a gates then reclocked my secondary man wat a difference corner to corner like a trail quad just did some research on it cfmoto forum ..but looked like a heck of a place to let em eat..
Maybe a little bit of water got in there, enough to cause the belt to slip, and you felt it. But you backed off and got your buddy to tow you out. With the motor being hot, maybe that water dried out enough to where you're not showing any issues. Just a thought.
Watched some of your videos and enjoyed them. Made me go out and buy one. 800xc of course. Keep it up.
Thanks Ryan!
How is it holding up rn?
Another great video, and it's not riding unless you get stuck at least once! And with them big ole meats on that thing you might want to re-clock pre-load on your secondary, I know it's a common occurrence on the smaller quads, probably help with the slipping. Keep it up! 👍
THANKS again!! ill look into that today! Heading to the shop today to work out some kinks and make sure i am ready for MUD BASH this weekend
Ahh the cliff hanger! That's a killer extension :D
hahahaha
Great video and good look at the clutches.
Holly Springs Ms shout out!
I can't wait to go get one of my own from Main Street Cycle.
I stay in Horn Lake and Main Street Cycle will be out until the first of the year, i got my 800 Touring 2up from Lexington Tn, they were the only place in the region that had any.. Its a beast and i wouldnt trade it for shit.1💯
Just i tiny bit of water can cause the belt to slip. And the water dries out pretty fast when te engine is running do to the heat. But reclocking the secondary might be a good idea just in case and to give the machine a bit more use of the power.
I really want to try that and make a video for others to learn.. but i must admit i need to learn as well.. Ive never messed with CVT clutches other than replacing the belt
@@RealTalkPowersports A video of that would be awesome, plus a suspension adjustment as well. Great channel!
Ive been considering getting a cfmoto as my next quad! I Appreciate your honesty and showing us any damage or problems the quads experience.
Najbolji ste i najaci
I love your videos. I have a 2019 cforce 600, any recommendations on where to find good aftermarket parts? I am having a hard time. My In on my winch also went out, but i think i can fix it.
You can't know the stock limitations if you don't push the envelope right.. i bet yall had a blast out there. I love riding places like that. I rode the dry bed of the waterloo inlet last time the water was down. I did sink the outlander in hole that freaked me out. Wish I had got that on camera. My son will never forget that look on my face when I thought I would never get it out 🤣
Another awsome video! Can't wait for a clutch video. I hope you can find out about the clocking, I want to play with mine and see if it will hit a little harder. Keep up the great work and thanks.
I wonder, could you use a gasket maker to seal your clutch housing?
What a lovely ride! Much appreciate, keep it up!
THANKS A BUNCH!!
thank you for your videos im thinking about buying a CFMOTO 800 wanted more info on them. Thank you god bless
Can't go wrong with a cf moto
Hey so yesterday 5/31/2020 was at broken nut in Nc my friend and I where riding hard through a creek wasn’t to deep came up to the foot well. He has a 600 I believe and I have a XC800 well. Both our belts where slipping. At the same time. His (600) started working before mine did. Not by much tho. So now we know what to do. It took about 10 mins before they started driving right. I tried in low and High wouldn’t go fast at all. Lot of Reving haha. These machines are beast tho. Handles Great I love my 800 thus far but I only have 5 hours on it lol.
Awesome Seth and yea i definitely slipped mine fore sure.. im gonna keep doing some riding and research and see what we can come up with to eliminate that issue.. or make it better
Real Talk Powersports well I am a follower now. Let’s us know!!
Another great video. I got a request. Since CFMoto seems to be the only machines that are priced well and include winches, how about showing those winches in action? Are they functional and capable of good retrievals or are they just something the manufacture threw on? Thanks and keep the vids coming in.
Thanks Frank! I sure will include some winch action in the videos of what we will be filming this weekend cause i know some people will be getting stuck where we are going haha.. We have used them several times and they are working just as good as any winch i have ever had,.
Thought for sure you swamped that clutch case, I did mine when it went deep. I dont recall seeing a drain plug on mine though, I'll have to check it out. Although yours was dry, make sure your intake and exhaust tubes are tight, mine were loose. Any chance your tires are too heavy for the factory clutch setting?
I may need to do something with my clutches but honestly if you hopped on mine and drive it with the big tires i think you would be surprised at how snappy it feels.. we got to remember that these atvs are rated to tow and haul a lot of weight, So adding a total of 40 to 80lbs heavier tire setup shouldnt hurt it too much.. now i know we need to factor in the rotating mass and then the mud and bogging factor when out riding.... I am gonna keep riding and testing and see what we can come up with
When you felt the slip they pulled you out. Did you drive back to the parking lot? Just curious in case I feel it slip. Should I get towed back in to the lot?
very nice. how to do a daylite running lite delete on CF800?
So far looks like a solid quad but really interested to see where the CVT exhaust is
I have the 2020 800 XC. I've already blown one belt and I was wondering if you guys know what clocking should I do on the clutch
Cody, I really want to try that and make a video for others to learn.. but i must admit i need to learn as well.. Ive never messed with CVT clutches other than replacing the belt
Well then let me ask you then are you happy with the 30-in cryptids? And are you going to be looking into possibly a little clutch work to make them turn easier?
@@codyschmidtmann3992 yes I love the cryptids for sure! And I feel the clutching handles them just fine.. but I have several people asking about clutching.. so that's something I'll have to learn about so I can try to do a video on
Loving the videos. Considering pulling the trigger on a 600 here soon. How reliable are they?
I've had nothing but great experiences
Now if u can get some one to make aftermarket shocks that be a plus
Elka Stage 3 shocks
For a 2016 cforce 500 ho?
Seems to be a stretched belt. CVTs with engine braking don't hold up well to throttle blipping. That's just a thought. Carry on.
What kind of performance gains do you get with MSC tune? I’m getting ready to send my ecu in
I will be purchasing a c.f. moto 800 in the comming days what is the biggest tire like the ones your running on your 800 that I can still keep the finders flares ,I won't to keep the on for mud protection also I want to keep the stock rims, thanks
cool nice place
I would run a cvt sever duty belt on it
Ill have to order me one and try it out
@@RealTalkPowersports I'm bout to buy one for my KQ500 a lot of people here were I live say they give the atv better perfromance and last longer
At 8:31 is when you're belt slipped.
Hope everything is ok . Magee Mississippi.
ah yea, its all good and ready to go! Ill update soon
What kind of Bluetooth speaker box is on the front rack of the 800?
That speaker u have on your front rack what kind is it and how do u keep it on your rack? Thank you
So I’m fixing to buy a cforce and I’m stuck between a 500 and 600 what would you recommend which one is more fun to ride ?
Thats a very tough one because i enjoy both very much.. I think it comes down to personal preference of the looks and how you feel sitting on each one
I just bought a new 2021 600 two up. Is it normal for the top end/valve train to be noisey on them?
Is there any reason to not use the differential lock?
Do y’all have any problems with y’all running hot let me know
That's a familiar sound haha
Hopefully she holds up this weekend
@@RealTalkPowersports we will try to avoid the peanut butter! Haha
@@LCPowersports Man i cant wait
How fast do you ride in low gear? And also what's the biggest tire to run on a stock 2021 600
On your 600 just stick with 27s.. you can run 28s only if you get the right offset and stick with 9 inch wide up front
In low gear you can ride all the way up to 24 or 25 mph
I sunk my 800 in a pond
Are these made in USA? Where come from??
🤠💪👍
nothin happens dont burn belt myy brute750 is on stock belt 2005
Are the ones from Alibaba legit ? $1500
Такой можно купить в России?
Don't keep it more than a week it'll break down on you, they are shit
You driver's are making those quads look bad they are awesome machines if they have the right driver's
Come ride with us and show us how it's done then
Maybe buy a real brand not that Chinese junk
Kinda like your chinese phone. And chinese appliances. Not everyone has an extra 6 grand. Use some common sense idiot. 😊
