There are more than 1 million foreigners living in Taiwan currently. About 0.8 million foreigners are working or studying here at this moment and among them most are from southeast Asian countries. Vietnam and Indonesia have the biggest foreign population in Taiwan and the number of Japanese living here lags far behind. In addition there are about 0.6 million people getting married to Taiwan and most of them have naturalized in Taiwan.
We enjoyed seeing more of your activities in Taichung. The restaurant's food looks delicious, especially the plate of yam leaves (?). We will be in Taichung in late January, so we will go and try the restaurant. Thank you!
