My Mother, Terry Ludden was born and bred in Clifden. Her parents Bernard and Tessie had a shop and pub. Loved visiting as a kid. A magic spot. My Mother had a part time job with Peadar Scannell the vet in this vid , his son Muiris is my godfather. Time flies.

I wonder if Mrs. Lydon O'Niell was a distant relative. I'm descended from Lydons who lived between Lough Nafooey and Lough Mask. It's wonderful to see this area of County Galway from this time period.
