    This recipe has been on my watch later for 6 months now. I have finally tried and can say the flavour is very unique and fantastic. I will definitely be making often.

    How long did you marinate the salmon?

    Hi. I wonder what do you do with the leftover marinate? Do you throw it away or it's good as a miso soup?

      I usually discard it as the flavours seeped into the salmon. You may adjust the recipe to use lesser marinate if you are making a smaller portion 😁😁.

    If you don’t have sweetened sake can you use sake or vodka?
