I think he’s the next HC when Pete’s time is up. He’s been here for a while now and has shown consistency. Even tho this year wasn’t the best but that’s due to injuries

I think they’ll keep Graham and hand him the helm when Pete’s time is up. And if they bring back Rob Leonard that would be perfect to hand him the reins as DC. But only time will tell.

@@leroythemaster4268 well if you think about it in a logical and business perspective, it is a good layout. Patrick Graham is not a dumb guy. His defensive scheme is really good, and was a prime reason the Raiders defense was #1 in the league in the last half of 2023 and it was starting to ramp up last year. Robbie Leonard is a really good upcoming mind, it keeps the consistency in the locker room. If you say “well AP was the reason the defense sucked.” Actually, AP never called plays. If you noticed he didn’t have a play sheet in hand. He left that all to his coordinators and Pete Carroll is the same way. The only difference is that Pete is a brilliant defensive mind, which will give a lot of guidance to PG. and the defense really likes Robbie, and he was a reason why Butler and Jenkins started becoming great DTs. It was just an unfortunate situation for Wilkins’ injury.
So if you ask me, we already have good coaches in house.

Why are some people mad at this move? I’ve wanted to keep him for a while the whole reason I was a bit scared to go after another coach after AP was a change at DC I really like him I think he’s good!! He’s been good with us for a while!!

I actually like Turner. Maybe it was just in juxtaposition to Getsy. But, our offense improved night-and-day when Norv's son came in.

Our defense wasn’t anything special. It’s uncanny how we made bad teams look good over the last two years. Pete can take PG to the next level as well as an improved offense and getting back our health.

Russell would be an upgrade from what we had last year and I would consider him a bridge QB. But we have to see what’s up with Sam Darnold. We can also look to draft someone like Jackson Dart who may be attainable.
I say pick up Rodgers,sign Dart and T-Mac- even bring back Davante as our WR1,if we can't get T-Mac, because Davante said he's not opposed to coming back, and a RB and CB in the 3rd Rd-Oline and LB I. Later rounds.

I'll talk about Russell Wilson. That it would be a tragedy to bring him to Las Vegas! Let's be real, historically, how much has it really mattered that a player had some kind of 'history' with a coach? Rusell Wilson is DONE, man, and Carroll is not an 'elite' enough coach to revive him into something that would be worth investing in, plus Pete is insistent that he's not looking at down-the -road, he wants to build a great team in a short time, and he can't do that with bridge players and reviving of dead careers.
As for PG returning, that's GREAT news! The Raiders' defense is the best it's been in a long time and having some continuity will definitely help it continue to grow, not start again, YET again, from scratch.
Nooo please nooo please. Can someone please sit Grahm down and show him some third down defense. I would love to see the stat for third down D and and how many time teams punt against us. I think the average punt is 1.5 third down D has to be around 90 percent. Maybe I can make a video to help show him why his defense is so bad on third down.

2020 NY Giants 6-10
2021 NY Giants 4-13
2022 Raiders 6-11
2023 Raiders 8-9
2024 Raiders 4-13
As a DC he’s only been losing
As a Linebacker Coach he’s done well but that doesn’t mean much
The team needs a change in DC and preferably someone who can get takeaways which we rank dead last at
