My brother committed suicide 6 years ago, when this video came out. I came across this video in one of the deepest darkest parts of my life. It saved me. I had the amazing opportunity of seeing Hillsong in January of 2023 at the Maverick Center in Utah. I was struggling with alcoholism, depression, anxiety, postpartum psychosis (undiagnosed till March of '23). This song. This is what saved me. They made me believe God knew me and LOVED ME! CARES FOR ME! He knows me by name, this song proves it. You cannot recover without the unconditional love of God. But when you realize how unconditional his love is- your recovery (to anything) becomes incredible. Like the high note! He won't prevent hardships or trials in your life, he's there to help you through tough waters. He's there to guide you, help you walk upon the waters❤

As soon as she started singing around 3:27 I couldn't take it and the water works began. I'm not even a religious person but I do believe in God. I can't stop playing it. I playing it over and over. Mo'Like Christ that's how I was led to him as well. I became blind and the Lord snatched me up for my wrong doings but that's when I found time for him and now I'm never going back to my old self. Meaning my beliefs are solid.

This song made me cry I dont know why..... it hit a nerve I guess...its been a while that a song has made me cry. As soon as she started singing around 3:27 I couldn't take it and the water works began. I'm not even a religious person but I do believe in God. I can't stop playing it. I playing it over and over. I played it this morning while driving to daycare and work, while at work, on lunch, on my way to pick up my son, on the way to pick up my bestfriend, on the way home, while washing dishes and guess what yep I will play it a few more times until I decide to go sleep.
