*Woooooow my friend SUSTAINABLE HOLLY, these are the kind of original videos I like, really please don't stop gardening, I'm going to try to make the same video too, wearing yellow overalls and a black top so that it goes with the bananas when they are ripe and when they are dried like you do, plus your videos are very motivating, keep it up, go go go gooooo!!! happy gardeniiiiing*
At 5:43 seconds of the video there is a plant shown in close up, can you please identify the plant and I see that all over your garden, what is the use of that plant ? @SustanaibleHolly
Whether you put your banana peels in the compost or make a natural fertiliser they are so good for the garden 🍌

Yes banana brew 🙌🍌
Holly,I am in the northern suburbs. Its just sandy soil. What do yoh use for your soil?
Looots of compost, mulch and just adding as much fibre as I can. I also use raised garden beds and containers with good soil to combat it a lot.

Why not directly put them in the flower bed and avoid the whole process?
Why not just dehydrate them ?
