- Another acrylic pour painting technique to try! this is a ribbon pour with silicone oil, I was going for smaller ribbons to show oof the cells formed in the negative space! What do you think? Let me know down in the comments! #fluidart #acrylicpainting #acrylicpouring #artwork
All my mixtures are the same at roughly 1/3-1/4 paint to floetrol ratio. I use liquitex basic acrylic paint. I use floetrol as my pouring medium. Most all my colors are custom mixed.

It's like a photograph of space in the blue splashes. This would have been a great time for extra canvases the splashdown to the top right of screen was a bit pollock as well.

I studied this art technique for a year.. then saw your video with the marble.. that was it!! I bought what I needed and had good success as a newbie from all the studies..
My boys Dad wants a 30 X 40..
And colorful.. I have always loved your color choices.. and decided to go with the same.. and this technique will keep it simple for me.. thank you..

What I like best .. you don't talk in the videos, or chatter non stop..
Thinking out loud.. I honestly..have to turn the volume down.. when others do this.. minimal explanation is ok.. but the other.. is distraction.. maybe that is just me.. Sometimes the high pitched voices used .. by some.. also irritating.. narrative constantly everythought process..
Example:
Let me Seeeee? Do I want to split the COLORS ON THE CANVAS?
OR do I want to use black? Let me see.. oh.. I don't have enough black, I have purple, no I don't to use purple, I made that for another canvas 💜 commission..
Let me see, I think I will use white.. and maybe orange or red.. hmmmm.. no I will use blue.. I mixed too much of that.. phalo blue.. no wait.. I forgot.. I added silicon to it.. I don't want many cells hmmmm. I WILL USE WHITE!.
LOL..
( this is the type of chatter) and with these high pitched voices..like talking to a baby..

But that is just me.. with sensitive hearing .. the information is generally useful..
From these women.. I wish they were more prepared.. they are not newbies.. I can't tell them this..
I don't want to hurt thier feelings..
But is why.. I appreciate your simple production videos overall..

I really enjoy your work. It appears you use a lot of paint in your work. Is this what gives you the type of movement in your pieces, or is there a different reason for the amount of paint used in some of your work?
