When the monster opened its mouth and revealed glowing eyes and kinger said " You look beautiful honey " it's really sweet how remembered his wife in that moment. Despite her being abstracted she still looked beautiful to him.

Not only that, but in the scene from Episode 3 where there was a fly that Kinger and Pomni spotted, it's most likely he was trying to catch it with his hands rather than swat at it
Until Episode 3 I had assumed with Kinger the insect/bug thing was akin to being distracted by a shiny object, but when mentioning his past with Queenie and how he grew to love them because of her it became both sweet and a nice callback for his previous scenes and also somewhat sad at how much he's lost
And he bowed to the Gloink queen cuz shes a queen and there by reminds him of his wife since his wife's name was queenie and she was a chess piece just like him and kinger is the king chess piece while queenie is he queen chess piece thats why (im pretty sure everyone already knew this but he didnt mention it in the video so i just wanna do a explenation so ppl arent confused what it has to do with kinger bowing to the gloink queen, also yes i know today i guess im the paragraph guy- or girl to be exact-)
Also when the head screamed in front of Kinger and had white circle-eye kinda things inside it’s mouth, Kinger’s eyes dilated and said “You’re beautiful”. This was probably because of his wife’s abstracted form also had eyes all over her.
Fun fact in episode two kinger was wearing a bucket and mentioned how he remembered when ragatha first arrived at the circus ragatha was surprised and comments about how she was surprised he remembered but when he lifted the bucket off his head he asks about what he remembered
I completely forgot about the butterfly in episode 2. I swear, if episode 4 decided to do something similar for Gangle (at least, that was the theory of who’s going to be next character development), by having secret moment in episode 1-3.
I thought the butterfly was a dementia reference. Because alot of dementia Comercials and healthcare use butterflies as a way of letting others know this person is a memory care patient
