I have this exact F&W pump, 2H, for my UG sprinklers. Date stamp 9809. I shut down the sprinklers and forgot to shut the breaker off for several hours. The motor is working but I can't get the pump to prime. Where can I get parts for this pump? Thank You, Sharon

What happens when the brass impeller comes apart in two pieces? Do you need to replace them or just nest the two halves in place on assembly?

I’m using an older f&w jet and having issues with it doing literally nothing when flipping the breaker. It’s wired properly, has power going to everything. Makes no click, pop, hum, buzz, or sizzle sounds. Just sounds like it’s getting no power past the control board. I tested the relay and replaced the capacitor and still
Nothing. Is there a second compacitor in the bottom of the unit? Under the start cap and the control board there is a black plastic circle that looks to be hooked in with two bolts, is this the thermal overload? Is there a fuse here or is this replaceable? What are the chances this could malfunction or become damaged? If so is it something I can replace and if so why is so hard to find Info about it?

Doesn't seem that F&W is monitoring their video comments. But here goes since this is a troubleshooting video... I accidentally started a non self priming pump that wasn't primed yet for about 10 seconds it had a loud screeching sound. I quickly turned it off, primed it, started it again shaft was spinning but NO SUCTION or water coming out. Did I ruin the hydraulic side? What probably broke? What parts do I need to rebuild it?

Q: My well pump & motor are in the basement...the pump end has two pvc pipes...? why two? You example shows one inlet.

One of those pipes is for discharge & the other is for suction........they are used on deep wells (over 25'). The suction is 1 1/4" discharge is 1"
