Hi...my new go pro hero 4k could not detach battery. The screen did not light up but red light is on. It became warm after a while...could not get in touch with any gopro support. 👎 felt totally cheated

The GoPro Support article's 4th line has a workaround solution. [Strange is that after removing and reinserting the battery and holding the power button pressed, eventually the camera powers on. (multiple attempts made and sometimes is not working so I give up and try the next day)]

I was getting a bit frustrated with the fiddly card getting stuck! I had to stop recording as well, before I threw it across the room!
It didn’t work my red light is on in the front and the front screen is lit up, but it’s black. This is my third GoPro 10 black that will not cut on.
