    This was such a lovely, calm video. I have health issues too and I admire how you track all of that! I'm not that disciplined! I have heart issues and arthritis. I love your little bottles of energy. I use the spoon theory. Have you heard of that? We have so many spoons a day. And sometimes, certain things in our lives use up our spoons or energy very quickly. So I was wanting to find a way to track that in my life so I love your little system. Also I try and track out of the normal things I eat and how that affects my energy or how I feel. I'm trying to eat healthy but that doesn't always happen. Then the next day I feel horrible and I say...oh yeah....I ate those chips and they were salty. Now I'm puffy and sluggish. Thank you so much for you inspiration!!       Thank you so so much for your lovely comment. 😍 I have abandoned the bottles but have not found a better way to keep track of my energy, so I'm not that displined. I think the bottles and the spoons are ment to be used in the same way more or less, just different visuals I guess :-) Hope you are feeling okay and I also hope to give you some more inspiration in the future.
