I enjoy your vlogs Bailey, but I think your daily/weekly vlogs might be more enjoyable, if you showed us you doing things in your classroom when your students aren’t there, like sped up clips of you preparing before school, cleaning up or preparing after school, some of what you do when they are at lunch or specials, or at home. Just to get some variety in your vlogs, rather than you talking the whole time in them. Like in this one when you changed out your bulletin board, doing a sped up clip of you doing it in this vlog. Just an idea to try.
this part of the year is always when kids start to get comfortable with each other and then start irritating each other (and the teacher!!). it seems like your curriculum is heavily worksheet based. may be worth it to get some different centers/projects going to cut down on the papers. would save you lots of grading and might make them/you more excited during the day!

I'm a freshman in college studying to be an elementary teacher and we did that "turkeys have families too" paper when I was in third grade!! I miss those days :'(

Fellow first year teacher here! I completely understand what you are saying about the end of the school day kind of setting the tone for the rest of the day. I make it a priority to at least end each lesson on a good note, this way I feel much more accomplished after school. Some things I like to do for the last minutes are reading something to them, play a short game or work on something fun (I taught them a line dance and now we are learning the cup song from pitch perfect). You are doing great love!
Girl we watch the exact same shows! And what’s even more funny is I’m from Utah and I had to watch the Real housewives of Salt Lake City even though I’ve never watched it before.
