Consistency is number one as long as you are consistent you will see results I would start by setting a small goal like 20min a day and build from there

im 45 years old and i start 30 min. yesterday today is my second day . i cut a big trash bag like a t-shirt and the result is very effective to sweat and burn fat faster. after 1 min break jump rope 2 min. workout 30 sec. break x 3 sets. thats my first time work with this product. im very happy with that. need i a boxing bag or not for changing workout plan. example : 1 day with boxing bag 1 day with this product ?
