I can send you some, but its pointless for 5cyl instalation. = different position,driveshafts,gearing,cooling,wiring,piping...almost everything. PS: there is someone in germany(he have some videos on youtube), who already has 16vt in punto, maybe he can help you, due to language barrier.
Hi, teperature is fixed. Old stock GT watercooler was death. I didnt change internals for simple reason, money. Whole convertion cost me a lot of money and a lot of time with doubtful end. Now i giving some performance upgrades, but still on stock internas. On oil pressure doesnt have sense if engine has forged internals. If this engine die, i bought another and make them forged. Your 460hp coupe looks awsome, can you give me more specifications?
hi there mate. in order to avoid high temperature put an alloy radiator. you will see 30% lower temperaure. i also have a punto gt 2000 16vt turbo. this is what i did. and a steel base to move the intercooler a bit in the front so that tha fan(spal) could seat fron the front of the radiator

i can pull 2 hours on high speed on my 16vt coupe and the tempreture is not so high like this.. get some bigger oil cooer..i cant understand why u dont change the pistons and rods by wössner or arrow..? my engine runs with 300ps standart engine 5000km then oil pressure goes down and the motor brake

When i realized no space on motor side, i decided to use 16vt gearbox and make all mounts cutom => i can adjust engine position to fit engine bay. Much more work, but no cutting the chassis and viscodrive gearbox benefit.
For a initial install i tried to use VIS system, but after some driving one flap gets loose so i cut whole long port and welded+smoothed them closed. It has very little effect on N/A engine and i think almost nothing on forced induction.
honda engine in punto? Why? If you want hi.rmp bitch, go for CRX/civic(similar weight category as Punto) and swap the engine. There is many differences in fiat/honda design, so engine converison will be very difficult.

Thanks. Temperature is fixed. I installed bigger watercooler. Wastegate is touching radiator fan now :)
But the cope'e is alot cooler than a punto, why didn't you restored the coupee?
and afer that what happend with the engine did you see the temperature
Its coupe16vt too :) but i dont use it now. I have some problems with brakes, so i try some changes. Maybe in future i put it back.
