stbreal it's not "new" but an LP Drops Sat (4/13/19) for RSD (record store day).. "live at the tropicana" a 1984 concert... only making 1500 of them so get to your record store EARLY...
I was there that afternoon to hear Green River after so many years. My favorite early Grunge band. Loved their debut EP and songs on the "Deep Six" compilation.
Carol Robinson I love their recently released deluxe editions of Dry As A Bone and Rehab Doll. I also love their live album available only on vinyl. Have yet to get my hands on their 1984 demos vinyl record though. Not a big fan of Come On Down, though, but that’s only because it wasn’t mixed very well in my opinion (I can barley tell what Mark Arm is singing on that album).
Generally recognized as the Seattle Grunge movement's charter band, Green River was formed in 1984 and included future Mudhoney members Mark Arm and Steve Turner, eventual Pearl Jam founders Stone Gossard and Jeff Ament, plus Mother Love Bone guitarist Bruce Fairweather

Im still waiting for the Subpop Video Network vol 2 as advertised at the end of vol 1... 30 yrs or so ago... I wore that vhs tape out... Doing bad things and nodding off to that tape...
Woaw, such an incredible performance. Mark Arm is so awesome in this !! Glad to see a Pro-shot of the Sub Pop 20 fest. I hope we will see the professional shot of the Seaweed and Mudhoney performances!!
damn....that's just some good, ol'fashioned, ass kicking rock n roll...and strangely...saw the both of the 2 , Green River and The Melvins, at some club that was down on the river...and THAT was my GRUNGE initiation..1987....
This video is great! I love Mark's stomps for P.C.C. Kinda Chris Cornell-esque, but Mark was probably doing it first. PLAY MORE SHOWS, COME TO THE EAST COAST! I NEED TO SEE GREEN RIVER!
Mark Arm is a pure genius...this is the real grunge..
Mark Arm reminds me of Iggy Pop.
No

Why is he a genius??

@gregrohsful they were too good for all that. And they sucked at writing cute singles. Just think ... They could have been Weezer!
