i have done 3d ultra scan in NRI hospital mangalgiri, and they said all is good and have given karotyping and torch profile test along with apla test i did and in torch profile 10 parameters i got Cytomegalovirus IgG Antibody 2.54 index value and Rubella Virus - IgG 1.94 index value kindly suggest me any medicine or home remedy for this to cure please 🙏🙏🙏🙏

You have to get testing done. You can't just have an injection. First you need to do tests to see what the problem is at a clinic. You need to do blood work, check your thyroid and hormone levels and so much more and then once they find out what is wrong they can give you a solution. All the best
