Instead of handing the children over to anyone and everyone to do God knows what to them we need to bring back orphanages. They would only hire people with impeccable records and video cameras would be in every room. This orphanage would have a kitchen, recreational room, TV rooms, security guards, nurses and a doctor either there or on call. And of the money that we pay to people to take care of them would go to the orphanage.
