Varlaxudden recreation area located in Porvoo region offers visitors the open sea view with glaciated rocks on the seashore. Varlaxudden is situated on Emäsalo island in Porvoo. There is a bridge between the mainland and Emäsalo and the road continues 20 kilometres through whole island to its southern tip.
