Honestly not everyone that says they have faith truly do. I speak from experience where I have said I had faith and later realized that I really didn't. It was more of a hope than anything. The faith in scripture is complete knowing without any doubt.
He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all that we think or ask. ASk, but couple that with belief!
Sometimes we fall shall in believing...
And if, yes there are those times, when God does not heal we must believe that it is for the best good. For we know that all things work together for good, to them who love God, who are the called, according to His purpose. Always for His Glory not our own.
