We have the 21'model, looks pretty much the same. Yes we have had 5 of the drawer catches fail, whilst on the travels I swapped around the flip up cupboard catches for broken ones only to have them break. i ended up fitting the silicone kids safety straps to all drawers. I have also looked for alternatives with no luck. the only other problem we have had was the windows leaking. I was able to remove them and reseal myself. We bought the van 2nd hand 12 mths old and Apollo would not cover any warranty claims. buyer beware warranty for original purchaser only... Love the van, have installed extra battery and solar panel and also a couple of access hatches to get to under seats as removing cushions was a pain.
Thanks for that review it was very useful - and thanks for your mechanical insights - Loctite is great stuff. Wonder if they have fixed these issues with the Wild semi offroad version? Would be interesting to see if they took these issues into consideration. Sounds like necessity has been the mother of all invention in your case, however dissapointing that they did not give more consideration to basic design such as the battery location, screws, micowave screws, drain holes. Let's hope Windsor look at this video and get their design and quality that little bit better. The latches look yuk and same with having to refit that door with a shim, but why are Windsor not using this as standard at the Apollo factory. The issues you had with the HWS and the water drainage, toilet etc are pretty bad.
