    For the question with the mother and 5 year old daughter, I thought if the question is First we would do medical and if it’s Next, which it is, we would stay in the moment and do as we are there in session and assess, and then refer out after?

    Thanks for the breakdown of the presenting problems and the priority problems. It truly helps you pick the correct answer because if you focus on the wrong issue, you will choose the wrong answer.
