    It's so disappointing when you bake a cake and it gets stuck to the pan and breaks when you try to remove it. Or a perfectly good cake becomes soggy. Here are a few tips for beginners, I hope you will find this helpful!

    Hi Suma..I regularly follow ur vdos..plz make a vdo n give tips on how to choose cake tins n pans...coz so many options r there in the market n really gets confused as what to pick . In one of ur vdos u said aluminium tins r best but all those pans r not heavy guage aluminium... Is it ok to use those light wt tins or is it safe to buy nonstick ones..plz reply

      Hi Prasanna,I have a video on baking tins you can watch it here ruclips.net/video/cjLh35UOFm4/видео.html. You are right, it is difficult to get heavy duty ones. Go with the regular aluminum ones unless they are too thin. I do use non stick too.

    I always get measuring cups of measurements
    1 cup=250ml which is wrong what do I do
    I guess it's 240ml
    Mam please let me know any solutions

      I am so sorry missed replying to this earlier. You should be able to find 240 ml cup set easily as they are available at most regular departmental stores.
