Hepatorenal Syndrome is a functional renal dysfunction seen in patients with liver failure. Primary pathology is in the liver. In Pseudohepatorenal Syndrome both liver and kidneys get affected independently due to various other reasons (discussed in the case). In this case, the patient did not have any past history of Liver Disease and he had infection ( Lepto) related Pseudohepatorenal Syndrome
