Through this hellish journey of stage 4 kidney disease and type 2 diabetes, I began educating myself in order to better help myself. I completed Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Kidney Health Coach, Diabetes Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. The knowledge I've gained has been an enormous blessing to me and has helped me so much.

I lost my husband to Sudden Cardiac Arrest. He was diabetic, had agressive high blood pressure. A plant diet could not save him. It was horrible. His kidneys failed, and his heart was hard, so it could not beat fast and hard enough, so all the fluids went into the lungs. It will be 1 year without him since February 18th, 2022. I have been silently praying for you and your family, I hope you beat this ugly disease. Keep eating that new way you have been, your wife is a great supporter. We all are. Please stay safe. Thank you for all you're doing to help as many people as possible. Waiting for your books to come out. I don't have a kidney problem myself, but having diabetics in the family, I'd rather have as many proven resources as possible, because I know that diabetes and kidney disease are closely related, and by treating one condition you're treating both. This gives hope. After my next lab work I will be starting this. I did order the other book you suggested and got the Albutrix. I haven't started because I wanted a new lab first. I'm so grateful for this. There are alot to learn. God Speed.
