It's been happening for a week or two, getting shot from players who you can't see.
Meanwhile your teammates can see them on the spectate screen. There's also a couple guns that seem bugged like the m249. I'm thinking servers are beyond borked and that's why the death cams are borked too.

dude, you BARELY EVER lean right, and if so do you use left thumb for Crouch and then index for D and E? and 4th for A and Q? hope you see this

in pubg there is this thing where when you press 2 direcrional key before crouching, your caracter crouch faster.
so to giggle peek he will do those kind of key combos pretty fast
a d c a d c (he left right so fast that it barely affect the aim)
or
q a d c q a d c (you practice syncronisation of shooting while stand leaning)
doing those kind of giggle with right lean is physically not so possible. Hope that make sens and answer some of your questions
