- Fresh homemade pasta is often made with eggs, but if you want an even richer taste you can make it using only the egg yolks! This gives your pasta a beautiful golden color and is super flavorful.
For every 100 grams of flour, you should use 2.5 yolks. That's roughly 6 yolks per 2 cups of flour. You may have to adjust the moisture a little bit since yolks don't all weigh the same! If your dough is very dry and crumbly as you are mixing it, add a little water. If it's very wet, and a little more flour. sometimes it takes a bit of practice to get it right!

I don’t get this video. I tried 2 cups of flour to 6 yolks and it was as if there was no liquid kept adding one more yolk and a time and kneeding. It needed 12 yolks for 2 cups of flour. Then when I pause your video you have 11 yolks as you say 6 yolks. I thumbs downed for that reason
he should give flour in grams because cups can be different amounts with flour due to packing.

Also if u look at eggs those contain whole eggs not just egg yolks
my dough felt fine, but when i went to cook the pasta, it came out very odd. Not sure where I went wrong.
