I agree, it can be daunting especially when people pick on every little thing and so much can be taken out of context. I'm noticing it more lately which makes me a little bit nervous especially with being new to this platform but like you said we can only be ourselves and just be considerate as we can

Thank you for sharing your experience with OCD. I also have OCD though mostly the pure O kind. As soon as the lock downs started I really felt the compulsions in a way that I haven't before. I'm on medication now and am doing a lot better. I'm able to go to the store and not panic. I'm glad you had a successful trip!

About the shopping thing my GP said she was also struggling with anxiety around the food shop and she is usually all good with it so for someone with an anxiety issue it’s even worse for those people now so (as easy as it is to say) try not to stress about being anxious about it.
