What does California Child Support Services offer?

The following services are provided by the State through local child support agencies:
· Help with locating parents
· Legally establishing the parents of a child
· Creating and enforcing collection of court-ordered child support payment
· Partnerships with other states and countries to enforce child support orders where one parent lives outside of California
California Child Support Services does not handle matters of divorce, child custody, or visitation. If you need assistance with any of these matters, please contact the Family Law Facilitator at your local county court. Those services are available to every parent and are offered at no cost.
