Gotta be one of the best drummers out there
He's an incredible rock drummer with some really interesting approaches. The band is all spectacular, but he might be might favourite part.
One thing I love about Pianos Become The Teeth is that they know the songs that their fans really want to hear and they still play them amongst their new music.
I don't see 'Houses We Die In', 'Cripples Can't Shiver', or 'Sunsetting' in the setlist. They used to play those longs live. I feel if they included those songs, there would be a really strong balance between old and new.
@@JRWall-hf9mq when I saw them they played some of those songs, but that was back when Keep you came out. I agree with your sentiment. However, I think the majority of their fans were really into the Lack Long After and so I doubt they go back befor that album very often.
PBTT is one of the only bands who could make SUCH a drastic genre shift and still retain a large majority of their fan base. It’s just such personal music, and maybe that’s because I can relate to the “parent with MS” thing, but Kyle is such an incredible writer and was just so open and honest on their first 3 albums. It’s cool seeing them play songs off the first 2 albums still and getting a new take on them with Kyle mostly singing now a days
Thank you for recording and sharing this! I was there but didnt get any footage. What an incredible show!
THE DAYS!
