  • 12-17-23 Chopper Deluxe suspension front end kit installed on my Jupiter Defiant E.bike by my local Trek Bikes dealer. Michael Hoffman. I bought it from "Urban Bikes Direct", an authorized Dealer for the Jupiter Bike Company in the USA. They have competitive pricing and the BEST Cust. Service. Jupiter E.bikes are well built and backed buy a 1 year Warranty. I purchased it several months ago. It can fold up to fit in a car or just store in a small place. This E.bike has 20" X fat 4" wide tires, front and rear disc brakes, 750W. brushless front motor, 48V. Lithium-Ion battery pack at 10.4Ah and a proper 48V. a.c. to d.c. charger, handle bar mounted computer multi function display, built-in "LOUD" horn. The push button is on the handle bars left side under the brake handle, a front head light, a folding kick stand on the left rear side, Shimano 7 speed shifter on the right side of the handle bars, 5 levels of pedal assist, right handle bar twist throttle (excellent!), You can pedal and/or use the twist throttle, speeds to 20 mph./ and as high as 29 mph. I've had it as high as 33.6 mph. in this video! The new Chopper Deluxe suspension front end kit and new bigger front headlight for this model was available by pre- ordering over 2 months ago at Urban Bikes Direct . I was one of the first to pre-order one. They finally arrived and have been shipped out from their USA Jupiter Bike's Warehouse. Another reason to buy from "Urban Bikes Direct" is on all the bikes and many other items there isn't any sales tax and free shipping (just ask). I don't receive any compensation for my opinions or suggestions. This Distributor for Jupiter Bikes is that good! The original seat was too hard for me so i bought a different seat. That one too was uncomfortable. I found my solution when i bought a very comfortable "Giddy-Up", very wide gel seat with foam padding and it has 2 metal underside springs. The rear of this bike doesn't have any suspension so i added a "Zoom" spring suspension seat post (with a proper shim size). The ride now is much smoother and easy on my bottom. I'm planning to ride paved trails over 20 to 40 miles distance on the fully charged battery pack with some pedal assist. I'm interested on riding off road trails too. I also own a 1996 Kawasaki EN500A motorcycle with chopper bars. It is street legal with registration and insurance. I have a motorcycle endorsement on my drivers license. If i need a fix for riding at higher speeds i use my motorcycle.
Wear proper protection when riding. Get out there and have fun!
My new nick name is "Chopper Mike". Michael Hoffman.
