Hero is a character I always loved playing and messing around with friends with but I never thought of playing him in a serious manner great video as always!
Don’t know if you’re still taking suggestions from RUclips comments, but I would love to see Rosalina & Luma in one of your videos. Been watching more of Dabuz’s gameplay recently and one of my friends also started playing her a few weeks ago. I just think she’s an interesting character and leans the most towards the puppet character archetype. If you can’t take suggestions, it’s fine, I’m always just pumped to watch another one of your vids! Terry or Plant I think would also be cool to see! :D
I'm super excited to learn how to play Rosa. I love Dabuz and I think she's a really cool character. I'm taking suggestions through my Patreon now but I'll get to her one day.
Also the Hero/WFT is a strange one. Me and Polybius, another Hero main, duke it out a lot and it’s been usually close but he wins. The way he plays me is always looking to find Bounce or any of the power up moves. Also finding zoom a lot off stage does wonders for Hero’s play
This community went into full on meltdown mode over a steve ban and outright refused to ban meta knight and bayonetta, yet hero was the one to get banned? That is crazy.
I have always felt there has been a silent war in the Hero community between those who think Hero has to abuse Menu to the max to win, and those who think his normals are good enough where Menu is more of a supplement, mostly used for buffs. Fair, Side B and Jab are super top tier moves, otherwise dont really have a strong opinion on it
Menu is one of his best moves so I do understand that sentiment. However, I think the way you play Hero is heavily dependent on your local scenes playstyle. Japan's slower playstyle would benefit farming buffs as opposed to the US being more aggressive making those Hero players less reliant on Menu.
Most heroes I see in tournaments barely use any normal spell besides up b to mix up opponents because the other specials can be whiff punished hard. Instead I see them using down b a lot for the consistent buffs of psyche up accelerottle and oomph. I think to actually be good with the character you have to have practiced for so long that menu becomes a quick option that you always feel comfortable using and that seems like a bit too much time for this series to really do for you. It's like a soul character. You only play him in tournament if there's no doubt that you want to play anyone else.
Yeah I think he's the best Anti-Zoner/Anti-camper in the game, Is really fun to play against people who refuse to approach. Definitely an anti meta character for the current state of smash with Sonic n Steve so dominant. Keeping him as a secondary for my Bayo Main. great video :)@@TuesdayTastic
seeing you actively improve with hero over your live stream practice really made watching this video more enjoyable
I'm glad that you were able to see improvement! That's the whole point of this series and it's easy for me to not notice it as much.
That snipe from JayFlyT was nasty. I’ve literally never seen a Wii Fit player do that before and didn’t even know it was a thing.
I nearly jumped out of my chair in shock when I got hit by that
5:11 “I don’t need RNG, I got skills.” is oddly, very fitting for this video.

@@TuesdayTastic Thank you Tuesday! :)
7:19 I’m literally a WFT main and NEVER hit that snipe before. My god I need lessons from JayFlyT

“Does zero suit really suck?” Truly embracing you’re Marss side huh?
The answer may surprise you. Stay tuned!
She got pretty good at sucking in her last game so it kinda makes sense.

I loved that combo compilation. Hero has too much clip potential lmao
He's a very silly character haha

Damn Hero is crazy
He's so much fun and so silly at the same time.
I just noticed your profiles mouth moves
It's only a feature in this episode and the Meta Knight episode lol but I think it's neat so I'm going to keep doing it.
I literally Just picked up hero myself to encourage my campy AF friends to approach more rather than it Just always be me
It's been a lot of fun
Haha I love how Hero punishes campers by just getting crazy buffs.

great video :)@@TuesdayTastic
How did Hero teach you how to Rise N Grind
Well I would Rise (Zoom) and then Grind (uh Hatchet Man?)
are you really a hero main if you dont embrace randomness? you gotta pick hocus pocus every time, it always goes well unless it doesnt
This person gets it
Yay I can comment now
It was to laggy earlier
buddy forgot about LSK
you were playing on hard mode haha
Bro that tech is hard I'm not learning it in a week lol
