This was the first Shamu Story I've ever seen and I'm so glad I was able to see it. The training session for this presentation was incredible and the trainer explained everything very well.

I have heard that Ulises shows an affection towards Orkid. They would be a great couple. San Diego's two great stars.
Ya Thats what I was thinking they are great friends! But I'm worried that if he dies that will be that last straw for Orkid :(

i wish the new Orca Encounter was more like this. more personalized, talking about each individual orca.

When I look at the whole tank it looks too small to even fit one orca
Ok I'm okay with the shows but could they plz stop saying "accidentally" cought I mean I know it would be a bad thing to day but...
They could put something like...

But of course our mission now it to Rescue, Rehubilitate, and Release

I think they should continue the breeding program if they can keep away from inbreeding. Most of their whales now were born in captivity so it's not like the orcas would know any different and it could help in the research and capability of understanding the animals to help keep the wild ones alive and away from endangered status. They do need to invest in a larger more stimulating environment.
