You can get big with incorrect training. It's just that you're gonna kill your joints meanwhile. Others are getting strong faster and can keep their strength because their joints don't break down by accumulating rep after rep by unnatural movements.

Been doing your full body program been loving it except I add abs to everyday and dumbbell press instead of bench. Been able to lift a lot more doing a full body cause I can focus on just that one exercise and not having to worry about the rest of the muscle groups cause I’ll just hit it tmrw 😁

For the single arm cable kick back, grab on the other side of the ball joint, so it is resting against the bottom of your hand. Less risk of the cable slipping out of your hand that way, and can get a much harder contraction at the top of the movement.

thats what I do..for that reason...Hold the ball joint on top he means ppl..with your fist..so the ball is at the bottom of your hand

    Big tricep = Huge arms
Look at Markus Rühl for example, he has huge bicep but his arm is not aesthetic as he has tiny triceps.

It's hard to point Arnold's body part that wouldn't be described as "big"...

Technique over man handling the weight, back in my 20s it was about heavy weight, picking up 285 in power clean is another beast vs pure focus of each muscle, now mid 40s I have to compensate for getting old lol so I grab the 20s and blast out to failure with crazy results... Human body is amazing and absolutely devine

Jeff, I beg to differ on the supinated grip for the triceps pushdowns. When I started doing them, I noticed that my lateral head started becoming more developed. You just have to control your movement and use a moderately heavy weight.
When watching your video, you can even see your lateral head contract with the supinated grip.

Honestly out of all tricep exercises dips and skull crushers are only workouts that forces my triceps forcefully. I make sure these two are done first and then do other ones at a fatigue state at end
