@@CloudAdvocate I don't want to mislead anyone, I am very experience in AWS cloud and general cloud concepts so I was able to take it without studying. If you are new to cloud you will have to get some study time in. The cloud advocate's advice in on point.

Did you take the AWS Cloud Certified Practitioner exam too? How did the Azure one compare?
@@tiphotisted No, the Practitioner did not exist when I started. It's the equivalent but I don't know how it compares in terms of difficulty.

My career has been a roller coaster ride being a mother and also a ambitious individual! I have changed my jobs and domain mostly just to be in workforce due to various other reasons! To give a brief started my career as Java Developer( not learnt much in the role)but had a career gap and then later started as a quality assurance immigrating to a different country.. but now that I need to get into the cloud computing and cloud services how can I gauge the next certification after clearing the Azure fundamentals? More confused as it’s new to me and nervous that will I have to start everything from scratch? Please can you throw some light on choosing the next type of certification post Azure Fundamentals

I started my career 2 years ago as an IAM engineer but then started working in DevOps role maintaining the infra on cloud for the team using AWS, Terraform and Ansible (Yes it might sound weird :p) . I want to move to a complete DevOps role. Since I started doing all this by myself without guidance from anyone experienced in the field so I know stuff but I do not really know the best practices. What are your suggestions for me?

Hi Shubham, you are in the right track if you are able to learn DevOps in the job itself and also working on AWS. As far as best practices are concerned..you will know when you screw up things :) or by going through specific topics from stackoverflow or tutorials. That's how one would learn. You can always apply since you have real experience.

is working in azure worth while compared with java full stack? A company is offering me double the salary if i complete full stack certification within 3-4 months. Im still in my final year and i'm doubtful of the completion due to time constraint and that tech is completely new for me. On the other hand i have tremendous interest in cloud and another company has mapped me to Microsoft Business Unit, so i'll be working in Azure there. So what's your thought on this , as a fresher should i go for technology with my preference with less salary or work hard and complete the Full Stack certification which is new for me to get higher salary.
