i saw 2 girls who were very focused and followed instructions well. their postures were also pretty decent. the rest needs to work a bit on that and need a bit more time. i was trained in zurich and my teacher was exttremely strict on posture and discipline, but nowhere near what russian ballet would be like. if these girls want to go professional then they need to be way more focused.
Thank you again for the wonderful class. I noticed that these kids in the US are so not disciplined even in a ballet class...no stretched bodies and arms, talking during class all the time, and many of them in other videos too dont even watch the explanations of the teacher. Kids that are the same age in Moscow are capable of being stretched, focused, and are very respectful, they listen all the time and never talk or laugh during a long class of 90 minutes. Why such difference...? So sad these kids dont know how to respect the teacher and the art they learn.
@@NLaura77Hi Laura 👋😊 The videos from Russia that you watch are special ballet schools, I studied in such a school, children are selected there, you can't get in just like that, and children know where they are going, discipline there is strict, you can easily drop out of the school, in America you can't do that, everyone is very sensitive and is absolutely different structure 😊 Here is not a ballet studio, but a dance studio, these children perform on the stage but not with a ballet, ballet is base, they are participate in competitions where they often take first place, but we are working on discipline 😄👍 soon I will post a video from yesterday's class, there is a quick warm-up at the barre and more middle 😁
@@Joli_ballet Im from a school with Vaganova method and we are respectful and we behave different, this is why I saw the difference...we cant talk to each other during class and when the teacher explains some moves we have to listen and stand nice...but I understand what you explained here and you are a great teacher, always so kind and you have lots of patience. :) I wish all the best and success to you and to the kids. I cant wait to see and follow along your upcoming videos.
