Fred all I will say is may God help you to prosper the way you wish it for your self and for your idea of having this foreign breeds in Ghana for we the future breeders .
Thanks very much, sir. I am in UK but originally from Zimbabwe. I want to start off with the local breed for meat in Zimbabwe. The exotic breed may come later after I have established myself financially. Thanks for this valuable information.😊
I agree with you over the local goats. Especially because of their ability to withstand the elements, which translates into less operating cost. And the market is readily there. I started with the exotic, and believe me it was the most terrible thing to do. I want to transition to good quality locals for the local market which even all the combined stockists cannot satisfy. I want to be know as the quality improved local stockist. Period
Another interesting and educative video. Thanks to you and your team for a wonderful job. I am earnestly looking forward to visiting the farm and meeting you when I arrive in Ghana this summer.
Good evening thanks so much for your educative videos I really like them a lot Actually I've also started live stock farming specially with local goats and sheeps I'll like to have the foreign breeds too.
Greetings, Love your content👌🏿 and goal. Maybe we want to invest in the future in this venture and to help local meat breeding farmers and the food chain.
Thanks for this wonderful content. Me, I preferred to start with a local one. I have a question for you Coach Fred, how do you ensure that your animals have access to water, and what kind of water source do you have on the farm?
Hi Fred, I’m very much interested in goat farming. How would I get the brachiadia seeds to grow? I have to make an appointment to see you. Thanks so much for the insightful information.
Get local female breed with Boer or savannah don't know about red Kalahari never done it before. The results is u get a goat that is a cross breed that grows faster than the local but is resistant to disease somewhat compared to purebred foreign breeds like boer
The local goat 🐐 takes a longer time to grow, but if you get 70% blood line boer or Kala mail to put with the local females, you will have a faster growing goat's 🐐.
Fred all I will say is may God help you to prosper the way you wish it for your self and for your idea of having this foreign breeds in Ghana for we the future breeders .

Hello Marold
How long does it take for the west african dwarf to grow to maturity for meat?
About 2 years
Please I went to do some
I have three local Nigerian dwarf, but I am afraid that inbreeding has affected most local breed goats in Nigeria.
Oh yes that is true. That’s why we are striving to have the pure breeds here
