They are so iconic for doing this! I need more Kpop groups to do covers of British girl groups songs such as Sugababes & Girls Aloud and also do covers of American girl group songs as well such as Destiny's Child & The Pussycat Dolls.

There's also Vacation by G.R.L. it's a fun and upbeat summer anthem, very girly, cute and very American!

StayC has been covering this song while touring the US, this and Party in the usa. A lot of Korean girl groups don't really cover American or non-Korean girl group songs, Im assuming its the pronunciation that they might have difficulty with but Lightsum did great.

Most kpop songs are written at least partly by Europeans already, which usually means the lyrics are written by Koreans and the melody is written by someone else. I only know YG that do almost all their songs in house, other companies buy songs from overseas.
