    Loving these tutorials! I really appreciate how thorough you are with these. My only suggestion would be to show a completed one with the various grips a few times before breaking it down into sections. It's much easier to put it together when you know what the end result is supposed to look like. Other than that, this was great 👍🏻

    Can you do a video about false grip mobility? It's impossible for me to fully extend the arms/elbows when i'm hanging/holding in a false grip. Any thoughts on that would be great. Best regards from austria
