This is off topic but after your advice about not moisturizing before sunscreen has been amazing for me!!! Life changing! My face used to be a sticky nasty mess every time I used sunscreen bc influencers would always say to moisturize before basically everything. I guess my skin was dryer than I thought bc after using just sunscreen not only is my face not oily it doesn’t produce oil throughout the day either!! So thank you for this!! ❤
I let my skin dry at least 10 minutes after bathing before putting on sunscreen. Even my most pilling sunscreen (L'Oreal Invisible Fluid, my poor man's La Roche Posay Shaka) didn't pill. The extra moisture in our skin screws up some formulas

I’ve loved the PUR 4-1 foundation/concealer since it launched. I enjoy the packaging.
The push button top on the concealer is a dream.
I was so happy to see this packaging on the Mario. I really enjoyed it when I had the PUR foundation. I’d also love to see it with a liquid highlighter type of product. I sometimes add some highlighter to my foundation and the pump would work perfect in that case. Then the doe foot for a more targeted application.
I’ve always heard great things about the Pur. I’ve never really seen many reviews on it. Mario is known for incredible formulas. I think the packaging is fair for multi-use products, for sure!! If anything, it now makes me more interested in Pur and can’t wait to see what comes next!! 🤔🙏🏼❤️💄👑
I have been using Pur for a couple of years now and now I am excited to try Mario's. I like the dual applicator although I tend to use the pump the most.
Btw, Pur is great for mature skin!

Definitely! How thick it is, the viscosity, is a huge determining factor of the packaging. If it is too thin it will be too messy coming out of a pump ❤
I got the Pur foundation on the recommendation of an Ulta employee and it’s…okay. I have some hard-earned wrinkles and dark circles, and it settles in my wrinkles in an unflattering way towards the end of the day. As for the dual pump and doe foot, I literally never bother with the doe foot, just the pump. I would much rather not introduce extra bacteria into the bottle, given the choice.
PUR used to have AMAZING ideas. They still have their Fully Charged mascara…. But
It used to have a magnetic top and mirror and flashlight 🔦 all in one. It was my favorite! But they got rid of that packaging and that was a big part of why I loved it 😢. Packaging matters apparently!

what i think..depends on patent type, was there a deal under the table, is slight change of marios pump make it different, different product. i have to check this out. hmm... look at what happened to Bobbi Brown, that is disgusting, she was young excited e they knew it, dont even look at Estee Lauder, they ruined sooo much to me. i support Jones Road 100%, i dont understand how to use balms, lolo, but pencils eyeshadows, i do purchase.
this is interessante to me as I am in law, now i do make up on body e face for our beautiful dancers, also body makeup for fans only, mostly gurls, that is my choice. but will look into this. kinda sucks, if it was rip off, or was it known to Pur, no' lawsuits..yet. im going to trust in you. play this again! How old were you when you had to watch a RUclips video just to FIND OUT that the Makeup by Mario product you’ve had has a doe foot applicator that you didn’t know existed😳🤯 I just had to run (not walk) into my makeup room and see it for myself🤷♀️😂❤️
I want to try Mario's product since I enjoy several of his offerings. I tried Pur's foundation when it was released. I found a couple of shades, finished them, & moved onto other foundations. I think it's nifty that I can play w/another product w/that packaging. Have a great day, ladies!💕🩷
Same here. Used PUR and it was good, but the packaging is what really made it stand out. Hope to see more of this packaging in the future.
@@brookekivi Right. I've also tried Clinique Beyond Perfection & Makeup Revolution. No matter what I can't get all the product out b/c the stick on the pump or the doefoot is too short.

Both of those companies don’t work for me the only foundations that have worked for me are Laura Mercier natural mate and YSL all hours.
I’ve heard others say that this is an MUA’s dream - they can use the doe foot on themselves and use the pump on clients. I think it’s great for application as you suggested - I would mostly use the pump but I love having the doe foot for more targeted application. Love your videos, btw-you are so knowledgeable - 🩷

I don’t know why they would do that, they would be putting bacteria etc back into the bottle and then pumping it onto their clients skin, it’s the same product inside.
