Need a shop? Need a house? How about the idea of designing a space that meets both needs? Barndominiums, Shop Houses or Shouse are super popular these days. A Shop House is simply a metal building shop with a living space. Usually in a Shouse the shop is larger than the living space but that’s not always the case. This plan will be designed with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The initial plan is to have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths but if you need a 4th bedroom or more bathrooms that’s just a sketch away.
