Yoriichi could beat him cause when he fought Muzan he managed to almost kill him in a few seconds so we could still beat kokushibo it would just be harder
I dont think so. Yoriichi even when he was an old man almost killed him. Therefore, Yoriichi is stronger than Kokushibo, Yoriichi have all of his powers and he feels guilty for his brother turning into a Demon. Yoriichi would Kill Kokushibo to recover his brother and wife honor.
Honestly Kokushibo should have been the Demon King. He has the motives and it would make for a cool final battle with Tanjiro (Moon vs Sun)

He hears a legend about the Blue Spider Lily and finds the doctor (ik he wasn’t alive at this time but hey different story) who is working in the experimental medicine. He forces the doctor to give it to him and he kills the doctor once his demonic attributes awaken. He then does what Muzan does: create demons to find the Blue Spider Lily or find one that can withstand the sun”. Simple as that.

Assuming he doesn't battle him with tanjiro and in that case, it's may be possible that they can keep up the pressure and keep muzan away from the body
The first timeline would actually hurt the hashira's since that means that atleast 2 more hashira's would prob take on douma and they would not let shinobu die or be eaten which means douma would never get eaten and douma almost deafeted two hashira lvl slayers when his body was falling apart so just imagine him full power without poision he would kill all of them and also probally help muzan durring the final battle
I am not the biggest fan of Yoriichi but I don't think Tanjiro or any other character in the Demon Slayer would ever come close to Youriichi's power...Tanjiro awakened his mark and selfless state in the battle and Youriichi was born with it...That's a huge difference...Tanjiro had to practice like hell and fight many battles in order to get stronger but my man Youriichi was born as the strongest.
Tanjiro is very talented but Youriichi is on a whole different dimension as compared to any past present or future Hashiras.

If kokushibo were to consume muzan, would he technically also have the drug in his system bc muzan was poisoned by Lady tamayo, and if he consumed muzan would also be weakened? Idk.
He probably would notice sooner and remove the poison quickly beacuse in that scenario he waits for tanjiro and he can easily notice the poison

A: muzan can kill any demon with just one thought.
B: the manga said that kokushibo was on a similar power level to yoriichi at the end of his life.
C: if kokushibo consumed 4th drug muzan the drugs would probably do a similar thing to kokushibo as they did to muzan.
D: if 4th drug muzan consumed kokushibo it would make him WAY stronger and may even help overcome the drugs.

He could never kill muzan bc it was seen that he could activate the curse even while poisioned talking to kokushibo and akaza which means he could just stare at kokushibo which would make him die bc of the curse
Muzan is weakened a lot more in the final arc, which he loses control to demons who r stronger than drug muzan.

If I remember correctly, Yoriichi did one shot Muzan with the 13th technique of the Sun Breathing during their initial battle leaving the guy deeply traumatized enough that he hid away until Yoriichi died of old age.
I could see Kokushibo giving Yoriichi a difficult battle but ultimately, I feel like Yoriichi will just pull a 14th technique from out of nowhere to neutralize his brother that is as long as he didn't just become immune to the sun by eating Nezuko or gaining the Blue Spider Lily which in turn would have made Kokushibo invincible.
Full Potential Kokushibo is Scary basically if Vader did
First outcome: Kokushibo dies against Muzan and the Demon Slayers still kill Muzan.
Second outcome: Tanjiro fails to reach Kokushibo's expectations and dies.
Third outcome: Kokushibo atones for his sins and decides to die by the sun.

Yoriichi acknowledged that muzan could have killed him if his attacks landed, but muzan sucks in actual combat since he doesn’t do more than merely overpowering most of his opponents. If kokushibo ever had the power muzan has then yoriichi would have been in trouble especially if he had muzans BDA ontop of his combat skills and swordsmanship

Agree! Just Consider the fact that the reason Tanjiro becomes a slayer was to Save the only family he still had. When meanwhile kokushibo had a happy family and could have had the Ideal Life that was taken from Tanjiro, but choose to Leave them behind in pursuit of power. These two would have had an amazing dynamic, really one of the biggest missed opportiunities of the show.

I know right but if Muzan is severely weaken and aged, the curse might be lifted given Koko is a strong character. So Koko has to enter the battle on a much much later time when Muzan is severely aged. I'm sure Koko would know what time he would enter the battle.
